1 leg balance - squats straps at the middle

1 leg burpees - straps at the middle 

Chest press - straps all the way down

Back low rows - straps all the way up

Pikes - bottom of foot strap mid calf height

Ladders 1,2,3,...10

Atomic pushups - pushup to tuck - advance: pike

1 leg balance squat - advance: hold KB or DB

10 minutes: 5R/5L

1 leg burpees

3 rounds: Rest 30 - 60 seconds after each round

Air squats or Goblet squats for 10 reps

Jump squats 5 reps - LAND SOFT INTO SQUAT

Chest press 10 reps

Tricep extension 5 reps

Back Rows 10 reps

Bicep curl 5 reps

3 - 5 rounds

Pikes 10

Back rows 10
